Crow foi uma banda de rock norte-americana formada em 1968 em Minnesota. A formação "histórica" é composta por Dave Wagner (vocais), Dick Wiegand (guitarra), Dave "Kink" Middlemis (teclados), Larry Wiegand (baixo) e Denny Craswell (bateria). Posteriormente, houve numerosas mudanças na banda, e em 1972 a banda acabou. Em 1972/1973 Dave Wagner gravou um disco solo.
A banda é conhecida pela canção Evil Woman adaptada por Black Sabbath em seu primeiro disco Black Sabbath. Outras músicas são: Cottage cheese, Don't try to lay no boogie woogie-on, the king of rock and roll, Easy street, Gone gone gone, and Slow down.
