Simen Hestnæs, mais conhecido como ICS Vortex (10 de fevereiro de 1974, em Oslo, Noruega), é um músico de heavy metal norueguês que toca nas bandas Borknagar e Arcturus. Fez parte da banda de symphonic black metal Dimmu Borgir, onde atuava como baixista e backing vocal, mas deixou o grupo em setembro de 2009. Fez, também, parte das bandas e Ved Buens Ende e Lamented Souls.
