O The County Medical Examiners é uma banda de Goregrind dos Estados Unidos da América. A intenção da banda é fazer aquele som clássico perpetuado por bandas como Carcass e General Surgery. Formado por um power trio, a banda lançou poucos álbuns. Uma polêmica sobre a banda, é que os membros da banda são realmente médicos de perícia, o que os fazem esconder as suas verdadeiras identidades para não prejudicar o verdadeiro trabalho dos integrantes. Outra polêmica, é sobre os integrantes da banda, pois rolam boatos sobre algum membro do Exhumed. Polêmicas à parte, a Relapse Records relançou seu antigo material.
